Old Mill Rum is blended from mature, oak-aged Barbados distilled spirits in Barbados' finest tradition.
It is intended to be enjoyed neat, either at room temperature or over ice.
For those longer rum days, uncomplicated mixers such as carbonated water or tap water will lighten it a bit and do the rum and drinker no harm.
If you are looking for a rum punch kick, this is not the rum for you!
