Refund Policy

At Perkins & Sons, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
